Florida State and Louisiana are set to match up this afternoon inside Doak Campbell Stadium. The Seminoles return home after back-to-back road games for their final two regular-season contests of the 2022 season. FSU is looking for its fourth straight victory over rolling over Georgia Tech, Syracuse, and Miami by a combined score of 124-22. On the other side, the Ragin’ Cajuns ended a two-game losing streak last Thursday with a win against Georgia Southern.

Louisiana has yet to play a P5 program this season and is just 1-3 away from home with losses to Rice, UL-Monroe, and Southern Miss. The Seminoles will need to take care of the ball as the Ragin’ Cajuns have forced 21 turnovers so far this year – including 14 interceptions. Plus, the team has returned two punts for touchdowns and blocked four punts. Despite an overmatched opponent, FSU will still require its focus.
Ahead of the matchup with the Ragin’ Cajuns, Florida State released its uniform combination. The Seminoles will be wearing their black alternate jerseys – gold helmets, black jerseys, and gold pants. It’ll be the first time we’ve seen this specific combination in 2022. They also wore this combination last year against NC State. The program will also sport helmet decals to honor the University of Virginia after the tragedy last weekend.
