Final Fantasy 16’s producer confirms that the upcoming action JRPG will be getting a playable demo before its launch next year.
A demo for Square Enix’s upcoming JRPG Final Fantasy 16 is in the works and will be released before the game’s launch next year. Square Enix’s ever-popular Final Fantasy franchise is still beloved to this day, with this latest entry capturing the attention of many gamers. Not only is it a brand-new mainline game being developed for the PS5, but it also implements many classic Final Fantasy elements in a fresh and interesting way. With the game launching next summer, Square Enix has given an update to fans about its development.
According to the game’s producer, Naoki Yoshida, development of Final Fantasy 16 has passed the 95% completion mark. This also means that the game’s official release date will also be revealed in due time, with Yoshida also stating that fans can expect more information regarding the game near the end of the year. In an interview with Dengeki Online, he even stated that a demo was also in the works as well.
