Activision releases a new update for both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Warzone addressing several bugs and crashes.
It’s now been a month since Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Warzone 2‘s Season 01 Reloaded launch, and Activision has prepped a patch for both games. Given the size and frequency of content releases for both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, frequent maintenance updates are also incredibly important. This patch won’t change gameplay in either Modern Warfare 2 or Warzone 2, but it should fix some pesky lingering technical issues.
The launch of Season 01 Reloaded for both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Warzone 2 led to a variety of big and small technical issues. Game crashes were understandably the most frustrating common issue, but there were also many smaller problems related to both games’ battle pass, the Gunsmith, user interface glitches, and much more. The list of smaller issues is surprisingly long, which is perhaps unsurprising given the size of both Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.
