Remedy Entertainment has finally announced that Control 2 is in development. Remedy is the developer of the beloved Max Payne series Quantum Break and Alan Wake. They have expertise in creating stylized yet convoluted stories, where monologues are always in.

Remedy has finally announced that they are developing the sequel to their critical and financial hit Control. And that they are co-developing and co-publishing it with publisher 505 games.

Control was released in 2019 to much fanfare and critical acclaim. It was an instant success thanks to its unique visual style and a gripping twin peak-inspired story.
Control 2: Another Leap Into the Unknown
While making the announcement on Remedy’s official website, Control’s director said, “We are excited to deepen our cooperation with Remedy and continue the success story of Control together. Since its launch in 2019, Control has sold over 3 million copies,” said Rami and Raffi Galante, co-CEOs of Digital Bros Group/505 Games
The excitement for this game is sky-high, as expected because Remedy hardly disappoints its fans. The first game itself was a milestone in terms of Story and visuals. Some people call it one of the first perfect showcases of Ray tracing in gaming.
